Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Team Adam came and adjusted a sticking shower door even though it was a 10 year old door and made it work like new. Professional, careful and even vacuumed the floor after. They were the greatest!!! Great company who stand behind their products. Very rare today.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had the best experience from start to finish. Everything was smooth, quick, and reasonably priced. I had Dan and his employees come in and out of my home solo and felt totally comfortable. Lots of administrative follow up, thanks Rita!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had 3 pieces of glass cut from glass I provided and another piece to go on top of a dresser with glass provided from the shop. It was the cut so wobbly and not polished. One of the pieces I provided a pattern for which was tape to the glass and still the outline was not followed. I paid $150 and work was 1 week late. No pride of work at this place. There are better places for glass work, this place was local so I wanted to try it, not recommended.

our Client’s Feedback

I wanted to let you know that not only is the shower glass installed and beautiful, but your installers were very good. ”You are lucky to have team members who represent your company so well and I would have no hesitation recommending your company.”

Hey Dan. Just wanted to follow up… The boys stopped by with the squeegee and installed a strip of something along the hinge side of the door by the base. Problem solved! Thanks so much. Not sure why anyone would choose a company other than Hour Glass to do their shower surround.

My Husband and I were happy to find a locally owned business that offered exceptional customer service and quality professional installation of a beautiful frameless shower door. We are so happy with the unit that Hour Glass installed. ”We would highly recommend Hour Glass!”
